When something no longer fits

Perhaps you recognise this moment:

On the surface, you’re functioning well, but inside you feel tension or doubt. You’re successful, but something doesn’t quite feel right anymore. This may indicate that it’s time to move on from your role in the business. But you may have become so intertwined with your role in the business that you don’t know how to separate the two. And you may also be afraid of what comes after leaving the business.

Transitions don’t always happen in a dramatic way.  Sometimes they emerge as a quiet inner realisation: something needs to change. Sometimes it’s time to move on, and your body already knows it, but your mind doesn’t yet.
